Every version of your life already exists. Already So is a simple nightly practice for assuming the one you choose, and letting the world catch up.
Name one wish, and the self you become once it is real. Build one short scene, the moment it is already done. Then choose how you enter it: ride the Lullaby gently down into sleep, or use SATS, the state akin to sleep, where the mind is most impressionable. A warm voice carries you there, and you let it become the last thing you feel before sleep.
Creation is finished. You do not force your life into being; you assume it, feel it as already true, and let the world meet you. A day you miss is not a failure, and a wish that has not arrived is not a verdict on you. Your part is to keep returning to the feeling of it already being so. What is yours will find you.
