These terms cover your use of the Already So app, on the App Store and on Google Play. By using the app you agree to them. We have kept them short and plain, and we mean what they say. If anything is unclear, email support.
Already So is a guided practice in the spirit of Neville Goddard. It gives you recorded meditations, a place to name one wish and the scene that goes with it, gentle resets, a library of Neville's words, and a record of the days you have practiced.
Already So is not therapy, counselling, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for any of them. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anything. We make no promise that any particular outcome will arrive, in any timeframe or at all. What you do with the practice is yours. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please speak to a qualified professional.
You need to be 18 or older to use Already So, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. It is not built for children and we do not direct it to them.
Some of Already So is free. Membership unlocks the rest: additional practices, the Neville library, and guidance.
Prices can change. If they do, the change applies from your next renewal and you will be told first, with the chance to cancel.
Your wish, your scene, your phrase and your notes are yours. They are stored on your own device, not on our servers. We claim no ownership of them and we do not read them. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
The recordings, the written practice, the music, the design and the name Already So belong to Power of Gnosis LLC. You may use them for your own personal practice. Please do not copy, redistribute, re-upload or sell them, or use them to build a competing product.
Neville Goddard's own words, quoted in the library, are drawn from works in the public domain. His teaching belongs to everyone; the way we have collected and presented it here is ours.
Please do not try to break, copy or reverse-engineer the app, get around payment, or use it in a way that is against the law. We may end access that does these things.
We work to keep Already So dependable, and the audio plays offline once downloaded, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. Features may change as the app grows.
Already So is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Power of Gnosis LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and you may have consumer rights in your country that these terms do not affect.
You can stop using Already So whenever you like by deleting the app, and remove everything held on your device from Settings inside it. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for Already So. Your purchase is also subject to the terms of the store you bought through.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these terms as the app grows. When we make a meaningful change we will update the date above and, where it matters, tell you in the app.
